observed a delay in starting the buffet at lunch time due to some issue in the kitchen. Pizza quality needs to improve. remaining starters and items are good.

Need to improve the quality of pizza... two types of pizza are served. Pizza base is too hard and very less toppings... starters and mocktails are good. but need to inform them frequently to serve again. Quality of the pastries are not good. The remaining food is good.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. The food taste was very poor, and the service was equally bad. The staff were not attentive and didn’t listen to our requests for less spicy food for kids or to accommodate senior citizens’ preferences. Although it was never mentioned at the time of online booking, when we reached there, they informed us that kids are not eligible for the discount — which felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, a very bad place with poor taste, poor service, and disappointing customer handling.
