On ig: happyworldeats Overall 4.8/5, I had Gujarati-Rajasthani thaali which had really good variety of sabzis and starters, i personally liked the chaat, masala puri, basundi & cutlet. 💯

We went for dinner on Friday night, place was bit crowded. We preferred table service section to self service section, though live music in self service section was very alluring & soothing. Ambience is good. Staff is courteous, but reminders needed if we ask them to serve water, cutlery etc or clear table. We ordered various chaat items, of which puchka & dahi bhalla paapdi chaat were good. Paneer tikka was average, 8 but small sized pieces in 1 dish. Spring roll was too oily. Aloo pyaaz paratha was good, would appreciate if they use whole wheat flour. Can try bowls if interested in other cuisine apart from Indian. Overall a good experience.

I visited this restaurant around 10-10:15 pm yesterday. My experience here was not good at all. The staff was not attentive enough. The water glass remained unfilled till the end. They were about to close around 11 and the manager kept on saying that this is your final order, order everything now. He said that 3 times. The portion quantity was not upto the mark as well. They treated us as if they were feeding us the dinner for free. I did not feel welcomed at all. I would never visit this restaurant ever again. It is all about the kind of atmosphere we get and i dont wish to waste my weekend at such a place. 4 stars to the chef. The food tasted good. 1 star to the customer service and treatment.

I always ordered the same sweets (even same quantity)from gwalia.but this time I have got less quantity (18 rasgullas instead of 20)...they should have not done this with their regular customers...

Very pathetic place the food and the food quality both are very worst and if you order your food it will be given to you after 20 min and that too after asking the waiter frequently and when we discussed this with the owner he was not at all interested in listening our review and literally they are doing fraud the items we didn’t ordered they put that items in the bill and when we checked the bill they said ohh sorry sir by mistake add ho Gaya hoga but that’s not true literally pathetic place doing cheating, owner behaviour at its worst and food quality is below average and if you are going on weekend that be prepared that if you have ordered your food at 8:00 you will get it by 8:30

Have visited the outdoor sit-out restaurant twice at Gwalia SBR. Ordered Chole Bhature, firstly they were served cold and the chole were not even boiled properly. On speaking to the manager, all he said casually was he will look into it. There's no drinking water or even cutlery on the plasticky tables. The lighting completely blights your vision. The music is quite jarring. All in all, a very disappointing experience, do not recommend this place!

Seems like Gwalia has forgotten the true meaning of hospitality - zero serving ettiquette of staff (they were trying to imitate the serving style of a famous thali restuarant but forgot the hospitality with which they serve), poor attitude of the servers and supervisor and to top that off the food was cold and didnt resemble the taste that Gwalia was know for. Extremely disappointed.
