worst service in food sector, in past 1 month I am getting trouble with food, sometimes I got wrong item, sometimes I got incomplete item, and today I got missing item when I went to customer support only I got is we are sorry for the Trroble we will look up this in next time, worst ever customer support, I have complained about 4 to 5 times in last month with proof of missing item or incorrect food or or wrong food but no one is there to here or no call back to me for the problem, today I got missing item in my order, when I called to delivery partner he talks with me rudely and hand up my call after that I called him 15 to 20 times he never picked up my call and told me that I have other delivery and also told me to take that missing item from restaurant, if I want to pick up my order than why I pay you delivery charges of Rs. 30 to 35.what a cheap services.and also restaurant confirmed that he forgot that item in restaurant totally vest of money no proper customer support services,no even anyone wants to here their customer's problem, if you have a bit of shame than contact me I will describe you in details.

VERY BAD 👎 EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE ACCEPTED ORDER AND AFTER 40 MINUTES THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENTS. I HAVE PAY ON LINE. I ALSO REQUEST YOU DO NOT PAY ON LINE PAY WHEN YOU RECEIVED FOOD SO , IF RESTAURANT CANCELLED YOUR ORDER YOU DO NOT HAVE REFUND ISSUE

entire order is double and used, wastage oil used for fried also order is not fresh, it's morning making and now fried, totally dissatisfied, I have a stomachache when I eat this food. I'm filled a complaint in food and safety department and also care

I have ordered bhel and sevpoori from Gwalia but the taste was very poor of both the items. I had to literally throw it away,it was pathetic even a roadside vendor of chatmaker could make better than this.

I had to cancel my order due to lower quantity review and I want my refund they can't keep my money as cancellation charges, it's not tolerable.I will boycott of zomato otherwise
