Washroom definitely needs improvement and high time! Hocco needs an upgrade from plastic glasses if not serving plates!!! That’s quite a turn offf . The brand has a scope of improvement in line with with today’s sustainable times especially since it’s one of the most popular family friendly joints Expect to leave an impact and inspire the young restaurants and crowd! As for the rest, good is always goood and feeels the same since ages!!! Kudos! 😇

You can train your staff to be a little less condescending. You aren't running a charity establishment giving food for free. You are charging a good amount for the services - then the service needs to be friendly and less rude. Otherwise you are just an overpriced dhaba.
