The quality of rice used in biryani and also the cheese and herb rice was very low quality First time in life have seen such thick rice nd short length of rice that too in biryani or any rice dish Nd on top of it the owner nd staff was not ready to accept that such low quality of rice they r using Though they changed the dish for us but this is really degrading for such renowned food chain to serve such pathetic quality Also the quantity of biryani eaten at other outlet of same chain was different This discourages us to attend the chain which is nearby to our locations at times

When you mention Puri, it should be of wheat not Maida.If is of maida you mention channa with Bhatura. It was too oily & not hot,neither channa nor so called Puri. I will never ever order you.
