Two beverages were ordered, each listed as 300 ml. The charcoal drink was served at the stated quantity, confirming that 300 ml is both known and achievable at this outlet. The pomegranate juice, however, was initially served at approximately ~200 ml. Upon raising the discrepancy, the waiter acknowledged the issue and added more juice. To verify whether this was an isolated error, two additional pomegranate juices were ordered for takeaway. Both were again below 300 ml (approximately ~250 ml or less), with ice added, further reducing actual juice volume. When a listed specification is met for one item but consistently not met for another, the issue is not estimation—it is process consistency and disclosure. Payment was completed via the District app. Complain the same to them but No refund, correction, or accountability was provided by either the restaurant or the platform. This experience raises concerns about adherence to menu specifications and quality controls. Disappointing for a brand positioned as premium.

Had the worst experience yesterday at Hocco. it was my dad's birthday and I took my parents for lunch. The service was very slow. Below are other things that I noted 1. Price for unlimited lunch was hiked to 750 just by adding 1 baked dish, normally the price is 550 2. Service was very slow and we had to tell them to serve the senior citizens 1st every time they got a dish 3. Veg tikki was the same as the food served on the train. Surprisingly Veg Manchurians were made of the same ingredients. 4. Smoke Paneer was sweet, rather it was made from ready to eat mix and added raw paneer in it. 5. We got 2 burnt naans on the table which we had to send back. When all this was reported to the manager there he was not ready to accept it. basically for the price they have hiked, there is no service or quality. didn't expect this from HOCCO

We went there for dine in. I had leg injuries so I was sitting with leg keeping on chair. The staff abused us, misbehaving with us. Finally we have to leave the food in between. We requested them even on humanity grounds. They treated us too ill and did not even had courtesy to apologise. Never going there again. And when we ask to pack it, this is what they did.

Considering Hocco’s fast service and great taste, we went for full family Diwali executive lunch. But the experience was pathetic, the taste was not up to their daily taste, service was super slow. Additionally the Diwali prices are 200₹ hiked then regular day executive lunch!!

Too Noisy - management could be better when you have large groups in dinning... service could ha e been better... in such events where you have large groups avoid taking more guests in then if the manpower is not adequate...
