-:hello this is Manish here :- Located right behind the Navrangpura Bus Stand, 1944 – The Hocco Kitchen is an absolute culinary delight that manages to blend tradition with modern flavors. The moment you step in, the ambience feels warm, vibrant, and welcoming. The décor is stylish yet comfortable, the lighting is soothing, and the seating is arranged in such a way that it works perfectly for families, couples, and even large groups of friends. It is a place that invites you to stay, relax, and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The food is the true highlight here. Their North Indian dishes bring authentic flavors—rich gravies, aromatic spices, and comforting textures. The Chole Bhature is one of the best I have had in Ahmedabad—fluffy golden bhature paired with flavorful and perfectly spiced chole. Their signature Karari Rumali is light, crisp, and addictive, pairing wonderfully with almost any curry. Moving towards the Italian menu, the pizzas and pastas are excellent—balanced sauces, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of cheese. For those who love Chinese cuisine, the noodles, soups, and Manchurian carry freshness and bold flavors, making the variety truly impressive. Service at this restaurant deserves special appreciation. The staff is attentive, polite, and always ready to help with recommendations. Even during busy hours when the restaurant is buzzing with customers, they manage to keep the service smooth. Cleanliness is another plus point—the tables, cutlery, and even restrooms are well maintained. As for pricing, spending around ₹1000–₹1300 for two people feels absolutely worth it given the quality, portion size, and overall experience. You don’t just get a meal here, you get an experience that makes you want to return again and again. Overall, 1944 – The Hocco Kitchen is not just another restaurant, it is a place where flavors, hospitality, and comfort come together. Whether you are in the mood for North Indian richness, Italian indulgence, or Chinese zest, this restaurant has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting or living around Navrangpura!

we ordered karari roomali roti, butter roti And smoked paneer, with orange chocolate macadamia ice cream for dessert. The smoked paneer is truly delicious with a smoky flavor. but no one warned us about the giant size of the karari roomali :D it is huge!! it was packed with people waiting on a weekday afternoon, just showing it's popularity.

The food was amazing. But the staff was terrible. They had the audacity to make us leave when we sat there for 5 more minutes after dinner. They had an award for spotless service. This is not the service we were expecting from a reputed brand.
