Nice food and best is extraordinary service. We ordered Jain food, initially was served regular, we informed them. They not only changed but also gave us free complementary drink. New Restaurant like Pepitos should learn from old Marquee restaurant on service. It take such level of service to sustain for long years.

Must do one thing that add sabji mushroom do pyaza or called as mushroom butter masala in menu as it was before !! Thanks to Sagar Bhai who managed to get it cooked for us !!

We Had a great lunch at 1944 The Hocco Kitchen, Prahlad Nagar! The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and top-notch quality. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a great dining experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had a team lunch. The lunch was good and everyone had a good time. Limited options in soup and main course was ok ok. Starters and desserts were good.

Two beverages were ordered, each listed as 300 ml. The charcoal drink was served at the stated quantity, confirming that 300 ml is both known and achievable at this outlet. The pomegranate juice, however, was initially served at approximately ~200 ml. Upon raising the discrepancy, the waiter acknowledged the issue and added more juice. To verify whether this was an isolated error, two additional pomegranate juices were ordered for takeaway. Both were again below 300 ml (approximately ~250 ml or less), with ice added, further reducing actual juice volume. When a listed specification is met for one item but consistently not met for another, the issue is not estimation—it is process consistency and disclosure. Payment was completed via the District app. Complain the same to them but No refund, correction, or accountability was provided by either the restaurant or the platform. Honestly I chose to go for Hocco kitchen coz I trusted the service. Unfortunately, the service was bad the waiters were too clueless about what to do what to serve first. Serving sev puri first and then giving mocktails than main course than starters liek it felt so hotch potch. Recommendations or support by the manager to take and suggest what will help with a flow of the table. These are usually given but looks like they were super cluless on what to be done to even begin with . It’s the first time the service was not at all upto Hoccos standards. I do not want to give the mercy of a weekend as an excuse of the service. It was just disappointing coz I chose to celebrate parents wedding anniversary and poor service overpowered the good food . Hoping this feedback is read and not gone to spam:)

I ordered food from this restaurant recently and discovered a live insect in my pizza. I've been eating their food since I was a child, and I was disappointed to find this. I spoke with one of the managers, and they assured me that my feedback would be taken seriously. This is not feedback; this is the bare minimum I expect from a brand of this age and reputation for quality.
