Ishaara in Ahmedabad is genuinely special. The concept of having hearing and speech-impaired (muted) staff isn’t just thoughtful—it completely changes how you engage as a guest. You slow down, you become more present and communication turns into something meaningful rather than transactional. The staff - Sanni Chauhan was incredibly warm, attentive, efficient and the use of simple sign language prompts and visual menus makes the experience seamless. And then comes the food—absolutely delicious. Every dish is well thought through, beautifully presented and full of flavour. It’s clear that the kitchen holds its own just as strongly as the concept behind the restaurant.

Food - we ordered samosa chat, dum aloo sabji - both were good. Dum aloo was made from sweet potetos. Service - staff was attentiveness Ambience- is good
