I recently visited the restaurant for a dinner buffet with a companion, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the staff appeared poorly trained and disorganized. After ordering a dish, they had no clarity on whether it had already been served to our table or not. This lack of coordination created unnecessary confusion and delays throughout the evening. The buffet itself was underwhelming. The variety of food options was quite limited, and most dishes lacked flavor, tasting bland and uninspiring. One of the most frustrating aspects was the handling of hot starters. They were kept uncovered in an air-conditioned dining area, causing them to become cold very quickly. Even after multiple requests for freshly prepared hot starters to be served at the table, the staff failed to accommodate. Instead, they simply refilled the containers, which again turned cold within minutes. Additionally, there was no proper guidance or explanation provided about the buffet spread. We had to ask about everything ourselves, which is not expected at a place that claims to offer a premium dining experience. To make matters worse, a significant portion of the staff seemed more interested in watching a cricket match on the TV in the dining area than attending to guests. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience. It did not offer value for money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars (honestly deserves a zero).

The place definitely not worth the price. My family, especially my kids are huge fan of Buffet dining because of the unlimited cakes and donuts but this place was a big disappointment as there desserts do not serve pastries and donuts. The starters missed the varieties and had only 3 options. There starters and main course ended at the same table where other 5 star hotels covers only salad varieties. Other than varieties, this place lacks the taste as well. The food was very below average in taste. If you are planning to spend good money on buffet, then I would suggest to try other places. The ambience also did not match with the luxurious hotel vibe. A big NO for dinner.

Sandwich was stale and dry. Pastries were bit dense. Overall for an 5star hotel it was not a experience which we will try to repeat or recommend anyone
