So we had to wait for over 45 minutes to get our panini served but it did not happen they had some issues with the ingredients. we asked the manager thrice how long is it going to take and he kept saying that it was ready. we waited for sometime more and since it was very late we decided to cancel it. they did cancel it for us. we went to the valet parking and were waiting for our car and then we saw the manager Sourav approaching us with another server with our order and a pastry,they apologised us for making us wait so long and they gave our meal complimentary with a pastry. It was very kind of them. Great hospitality! really appreciate it!

Amazing coffee and even better service! The taste, aroma, and presentation of the coffee dopio were spot on. What really stood out was the warm hospitality — the staff made the experience truly pleasant. Highly recommended! Jagdish ☕👏

we ordered dark hot chocolate and java chip hot chocolate. both tasted the same and were extremely sweet. we complained about it and they immediately agreed to replace it, but it was just as bad the second time. both flavours tasted the same, it was basically chocolate milk. i would have liked bournvita over whatever this was. i believe this was machine hot chocolate, it was very very disappointing. we also ordered asparagus cream cheese bruschetta, which was bland as expected but they could have used more cream cheese. overall terrible experience with food. the staff is very nice and ambience is soothing. they have a separate smoking area but the stench of smoke travels inside and makes you very uncomfortable. i loved the ambience but i wouldn't want to visit this place again for 2 reasons: the food, and the extreme smell of smoke.

very bad experience. Big brand but they don't live up to their brand value and don't really understand the importance of serving on time. Will not recommend until they improve.

It did not taste well The coffee and pizza needed to improve so much quality also felt not up to the mark felt uneasy after the meal instantly

the pasta wasn't cooked properly, the sauce 2was bare minimum, the quesadilla was bland and no salsa was sérved with it, wouldn't recommend
