Good collection.of specialty coffee and manual brews. The barista brewed a good cuppa… Great to see such options available in Ahmedabad but the pricing felt on the higher side. That’s the only thing that felt off. But still a great place to sit with great service.

The Khao Suey bowl was delicious. The Tofu was very soft. The Truffle Fries were quite dry, we couldn't finish it. You would need a dip to go along with it. The Hibiscus Iced Tea was decent. The prices for their dishes are too high.

Always a favourite place to go, but highly disappointed with the sandwich i tried. It was really expensive, but not worth 20% of it. Only good thing was avocado, if owner & chef ever read the reviews, i would suggest you guys to visit subko at mary lodge & try their pour over & sandwiches at same price point. Please take notes.

Manish k The Barista lacked- Courtesy and professionalism. Wasn't ready to customise. However Ajay the Morning shift Barista is probably the best Barista in West India. Would come again for Ajay. And The atmosphere Regards

Please confirm the order twice and ask them about how they serve it, because the server will be like this cafe/restaurant we dont do this and we dont do that. Really disappointed with the service..

I recently visited your iim café expecting a relaxed and enjoyable experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The music was extremely loud—so much so that it was impossible to have a normal conversation. It completely took away from the dining experience. I politely requested the staff and even spoke to the manager to lower the volume, but I was told that it couldn’t be reduced, which was quite frustrating. While the food was not good too the overall experience was ruined by the excessive noise and lack of consideration for customer comfort. A café should be a place where people can sit, talk, and enjoy—not struggle to hear each other. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes, because the ambience matters just as much as the food.

The service was extremely disappointing! Ordered an iced americano with vanilla as an additional flavour. The vanilla was never added to my americano but i was charged a 110 bucks for something that wasn’t added to the coffee and on pointing it out to them the person there is trying to justify by saying it was visible initially. I dont know how is a syrup visible but whatever but i asked them to taste it. Despite that they refused to take off the charge from the bill. I dont think i’d be visiting this kaffa ever again!

Terrible experience! 😡 The place was way too loud, and when I asked the manager to tone the music down, they couldn't even manage a polite 'no'. Overpriced food, rude staff, and a complete lack of customer care made for a horrible evening. Even a street vendor would know how to treat customers better. If you value your sanity, stay away – even if it's the only place open and they give you free food.👎 #redflag

I would rate zero stars for their service Pathetic staff etiquette, when we asked for wet vibes or finger bowl they simply denied by saying it’s a Cafe , if they tag themselves as a cafe then what is the purpose of charging so premium , the senior manager takes proud by saying we don’t serve or provide such things . This is customer exploitation, no good places in Ahmedabad would do this .

Very disappointing experience. The café was nearly empty, yet the music was extremely loud. We politely requested the staff to lower the volume, but they refused. When we said we might leave because of the noise, their response was simply "okay." This was not the first time—we have faced the same issue 3–4 times. Customer comfort and service need improvement.
