Specific review for Prahladnagar location. First, there is no working number to call them. My order was delayed by 20 mins - so I called the delivery person, who was waiting at the restaurant. I asked to talk to the KFC folks - they flat out denied coming on the phone. While the delivery person was requesting them for an update, I could hear the KFC staff being rude and mean to him. They deliberately delayed my order just for some weird sadistic pleasure. Pathetic staff. Should be fired and blacklisted. I was super hungry and they kept me waiting for almost an hour. Finally cancelled the order. Bhukhi chudail sapne me ayegi inke - ulte mu wali. Roz.

I seriously beg you guys not to order from this horrendous place. I ordered chicken, fries and Pepsi and they did not even deliver the Pepsi. And the chicken and fries were extremely soggy. The staff doesn't even bother to answer the calls. I didn't even get my refund. Pathetic service. Will never ever buy from here. Please share this to maximum people possible so people don't waste their money

Very poor service and food. I dont even want to give 1 star. The so called “SIGNATURE SAUCE” are mislabelled tandoori sauce and chipotle sauce, the quantity is a scam, peri peri chicken strips are salted chicken strips and the quality of service is shit. The menu has no beverages other than pepsi. KFC should either improve or close down to save face. Very shitty experience.

Hot & Crispy chicken is not up to the mark , it in not fried properly , on eating outer layer separates , It’s taste is also not good, when I ordered from CG road , taste crispness & frying of Chicken is Excellent . How there is difference it happens thrice with me. I will never order or Dine in KFC Prahlad nagar.

One of the worst KFc outlet I have gone yesterday.. the entire place is dirty as hell.. no proper clean seats.. even tissue and old fried chicken pieces are lying on floor.. on the top floor the washroom are extremely dirty . If they are giving eat in facilities.. one should atleast keep them clean

almost all the tables were unclean. not even one stuff was available for cleaning, even though there were only 2 customers in the shop. the staff said it was not possible to clean the tables and that we should use the first floor. the AC was turned off without any ventilation. it is pathetic.

I ordered two Chicken Zinger Burger - Classic and one had Chicken Wings - 4pcs And I was only delivered a burger and wings I also completed the payment through this Your service is very bad I am calling at the end but there is no response

Very slow working staff. No bill given to any customer. No cleaning of tables. AC was turned off. The staff was not interested in selling. It was feeling as if they're made to do work against their will.

There was only one boy who took order, did billing, and served. The place wasn’t clean. There were more staff but they just stayed inside. This increased the crowd. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.
