The food was okay here. Had bad experience with crispy zinger burger it was literally tasteless but the crispy chicken bucket was worth to try.

Worst operations and services I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They don't clean the tables after customers have left because they are only operating on "Takeaway Model". For that, customers need to wait for 15-20 mins even when their order is ready. This is my second bad experience at KFC Alpha Mall and I'd request the company to shut down it's operations completely instead of having dissatisfied customers and a location which is not upholding the brand standards.

This is the second time in a month that this outlet is out of stock. First time they said they have no fries in stock so no value meals can be served. Tonight on a Sunday night "KFC" is out of " hot n crispy chicken". If u can't serve the customers then close the outlet. On top of that unclean table , rude and untrained stuff. One of the most poorly operated "kFC". Doesn't meet the standards of the brand.

They don't serve COD during pick hours. They took the order, giving to deliver in 45 min, then it extend to 1 hour 30 min. Suddenly getting call from KFC ALFA ONE asking to cancel it with many excuses. If you can't deliver why you taking orders?? This Alfaone KFC Branch has earn a lot of money I guess. Do not care about their customers.

The rice bowl should be called a khichdi bowl. The rice is so mushed and overcooked. The quality of food has deteriorated like anything. If you cannot sell good food, do not sell at all. Wasting money like this really hurts. Even the Non veg is not at par for which this is famous.

Bakwaas franchisee..!!! KFC has ruined its brand after its operation in Ahmedabad and McD is 10 times better than KFC, i would never go with KFC again. They took almost one and half hours for delivery and didn't even deliver my one item as well. So poor service and delivery.

The chicken is smelling too much ..was not able to eat , ate only the bread...this was not expected from KFC . This gave a very bad impression, wouldn't order from next time . their is no technology to take a smelly food as for now..

pathetic staff. unhygienic staff. they just dnt want to work. telling customer any shit reason. so that they dnt have to work. food prepared is not as per standard. KFC team needs to check this outlet and take action. horrible

staff was very shameless as they dont know how to behave with customer. I am a woman and your staff men were stared at me regularly and gigling while I was having my meal.how discomfort it was.I don't recommend it for family.
