The staff is in hurry and repeatedly asking can we move the grill inspite of telling them we are not finished many times, the pastries are super hard.it feels the bread is 2-3 days old most of the buffet things are near to empty.When we ask them to fill up the grill they took too much time.The grill items specially mushroom is super spicy looks like they just dip the mushroom into spicy sauce.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely deserved it. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Yes, the restaurant offers unlimited food, but the quality is so inferior that even “unlimited” feels like a punishment rather than a benefit. The dishes tasted bland, under-seasoned, and overly greasy. Nothing felt fresh. It honestly seemed like they were cutting corners at every possible level — cheap ingredients, careless preparation, and zero effort in flavor. Even the basic items were disappointing, which says a lot. The presentation was sloppy and unappetizing, and everything was served at a lukewarm temperature. I couldn’t finish more than a few bites of each item, and that’s very unusual for me. On top of that, the service was unwelcoming. The staff seemed disinterested and acted like doing the bare minimum was a burden. There was no hospitality, no courtesy — just an overall feeling that they don’t care. For what they charge, calling this a “buffet” or “unlimited meal” is honestly misleading. Quantity means nothing when the quality is this poor. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Unlimited food should feel enjoyable — not like you’re forcing yourself to eat something you don’t even want. Save your time and money; there are far better restaurants out there.

the service is poor, the maintenance is third class, the food quality is poor as well, the only thing is they kept our reservation intact though our guests ere late but apart from that food serving specially barbecue was late, serving of cocktail or refill of food at the buffet was also too slow, so many guest who came at similar time with us had lost tempere and ad argument, overall cleanliness was pathetic as well, serving spoon from buffet were also missing in so many items.
