service is good. staff and waiters take care of table manners but food is not so good. cold items are not cold and hot items are not hot. salad and some food items are not fresh. sweets are not of good quality.

NOT RECOMMENDED.. Worst ever experience in any Barbeque outlet. First of all only barbeque is served at table and not starters. By the time our round came Starters were finished. Then somehow they manage to recook or bring fresh not sure, but starters were brought. I got welcome drink after i tried starters. Till i could hv main course there was nothing left .. manager/ waiter/ MOG representative kept saying wait it iwll comz but it didnt came. So i left without main course. on top of that their electricity was regularly tripping which made situation more worse coz it was feeling hot n suffocating. not sure if any fire incident had happen, coz at a particular moment all staff rushed in to kitchen leaving customers with no person to attend. I went thrice at barbecue nation and others similar concept outlets but never had such experience.

Wow, what a delightful experience! If you enjoy waiting 45 minutes for cold food and a side of attitude, this place is perfect for you. The service? Well, it's rare to meet people who hate their jobs more. And the food? Let's just say I've had better meals out of a vending machine. If you're looking for a place to never visit again, congratulations, you've found it!

The only positive thing is the good interiors. Below average food taste, all the dishes had the same base curry. Can't say liked any food taste even little bit. So much variety but mostly everything is tasteless

Worst experience ever. The food had no taste, was not served hot, and the service was extremely poor. The barbeque was disappointing, and even the main course lacked flavor. Total waste of money.
