My all time to go place. Very well trained workers. Fast service. Nobody can match periperi french fries of McD. Burgers at reasonable price.

I order both time online and both time in the meal coke is not given by the staff of Mc D and both time I had wasted of 1 and half hours of my time so please instruct your staff to not making a bad image for your brand and I never ordered online of your company please don’t waste of time of customer’s and after second of my order I goes to Mc d and tell the manager for the not given coke in my meal they give me second time new fresh order but the mistake of employee why company is bear a extra meal money so please give a proper training and save the money of company and Mc D is my favourite brand and it is providing best service in the world but Gandhinagar staff is so rude and not customer friendly sorry for honest review 🙏

Hello Team, I recently placed an order from McDonald's Gandhinagar, but unfortunately, the order was delivered in a completely damaged condition due to poor packaging. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I had also raised this issue earlier, but it was not properly resolved. I request you to kindly look into this matter and initiate a full refund at the earliest. I have attached images as proof of the damaged order. Please take this seriously and resolve my issue as soon as possible. Thank you,

Never order from McDonald’s infocity. They don’t have enough staff on a Sunday to manage the orders. They take 1 hour to prepare your food for delivery and even then mess up your order. My request to the Manager is if he is unable to manage his staff and orders maybe it’s time to shut down the store and focus on other things.

Absolutely horrible experience. After reading review, I wonder how this chain is still running? They forgot 1 whole burger and wrap and now they are not responding. MC Donald's should close this branch as they have such incompetent fools running this here

Only one word. Absolutely pathetic quality. no sauce, no lettuce, not enough sauce / Mayo. degraded quality even worse than street food burger. it was not even burger. close this branch instead of wasting customer money. and learn how to pack food.

In chicken Burger literally the base of burger was clean ..no sause niether salad just like Vada pav...Vada pav bhi achha hota hai

We have ordered combo of McVeggie and Alootikki but fries were not at all crispy as if they were not fresh.
