I visited this location for the 'Winter Meal' promotion. Despite paying the full price, I was only informed that the promotional socks were out of stock after my food was served. When I mentioned that this should have been disclosed before payment, the staff was dismissive and laughed at the situation. To make matters stores, it took three separate requests just to receive a copy of my bill. It is unprofessional to charge for a complete bundle you cannot fulfill, fail to communicate stock issues, and then make it difficult for the customer to even get a receipt. Very disappointing experience.

"The Worst" outlet of McDonald's I have been to. Been there 3 times in 2 months as it is nearby from my place and everytime their AC is never working. I ordered medium fries and received less than regular fries(pic attached). When I asked regarding the same they said they served like that only. Most of the employees were on their phone. Desserts were not available everytime.
