To begin with the food was not bad, but better could be found at other leading McDonald’s franchise. You can go in non peak hours and days to get a passable service. But parking was a huge issue, drive through entry and exit points were not clearly labelled. The floor was sticky with food spilled on it and nobody even bothered to clean. The POS systems were not working, only 1 billing counter was on, leading to huge cues and majority of the staff was untrained. The washroom was passable, but there were no cups for drinking water. The locks and vents were broken. The mirror was really dirty, and worst of all soap dispenser wasn’t working. So how are we supposed to wash our hands before eating or after eating, huge hygiene concerns. Even the ice cream machines have been broken from months.

I had a terrible experience at Mc D Bopal today. The store was out of coke so I had a berry cooler; at the bottom of the drink there was a MOSQUITO LARVA! The staff took no responsibility, was indecent and unapologetic!! They were shameless enough to even laugh at the situation. NEVER GO TO Mc D Bopal.

firstly, they did not give a bill despite asking. arvind, they got the other wrong which was corrected after two requests. the manager was helpful but the staff is unapologetic, lacks basic courtesy - to the extent that they were arguing loudly with each other.

Rather than sprite. They deliver me cold water. Don’t trust or order from this out let. This is fraud outlet of McDonald’s. Fries also look and taste like it’s made before 2-3 hours of order. Amd they never pick call. Totally waste of money.

I ordered fries peri peri and 5 peri peri masala they didn’t give me masala only. There was a free mc puff where we have a choice to either select that or a burger I selected the burger what was delivered to me was mcpuff what a horrible thing.

Third grade food quality , pathetic service on cold food they reply this is how we serve . Only McDonald store that serves third grade aloo tikki I guess . Where tikki isn’t hot and arguement is we bake sir
