This has to be the trashiest McDonald's, at least in Ahmedabad. Although the food across various McDonald's is the same, it's the service and atmosphere that makes the experience different. Although this outlet has been consistently dirty with abysmal service and staff attitude, I'm guilty of frequenting it primarily because it's closer to home but also because I've always hoped it would get better. However my latest experience about an hour ago has convinced me that it's not going to change much unless there's a change in the management. The tables were stained, trash on the floor, garbage bins overflowing, one staff handling the till counter, garbage and entering the kitchen all at one go, sneezing on his hands. It's never ending. Attaching some pictures. Putting some effort and going to the Zundal outlet would make more sense. PS - Didn't even bother to consider using the washroom

I ordered Puri Piri Big Spicy Chicken Wrap + Big spicy Chicken Wrap and 5piri piri masala pouches.I did not receive my order instead I received Big Spicy Chicken Wrap and Piri Piri Chicken Burger which I did not even order. I called at the Restaurant which is located in Ahmedabad Chandkheda to tell them that I got the wrong order but no help was provided.They were least bothered about sending the wrong order and unapologetic.They said they can’t send the order which I placed and they can’t help me. I asked to speak with a manager and the call was disconnected. Pathetic service.Really did not expect this from MC Doland.

We ordered two premium burger meal. After 10-15 min on enquiry, they said, it is in process. After another 10min we enquired, then they took system generated order receipt and passed it on to the kitchen. It took total of 30 min for 2 burgers even when there was no rush. This was my second such experience. Total negligence and unprofessional. We have stopped visiting this outlet.

They served burnt chicken patty. Wort quality food. Not expected by a brand like Mc D. It was an horrible experience. Pls think twice before ordering from Chandkheda outlet.

Ordered 2 peri peri. Ur store sended us only 1 pac of peri peri. And charged us fr 2 pacs. Very bad it is. Doing wrong with home delivery customers evry time.

I ordered a meal and 1mcveggie and a alootikki and I didn’t received 1 mcveggie but they took the charges!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not acceptable btw!
