"When I heard about McDonald's Golden Guarantee of safety and hygiene i.e., ''Extra Safe, Great Taste'' food experience, I was pretty confident that I would be frequently placing an order with them. And everyone knows that their meals are safe, comforting, and delicious. During the delivery, the rider wore a mask & gloves, maintained social distance, and sanitized his hands. When I received the parcel, I was really impressed that they provided eco-friendly and pristine packaging. The food smelled warm and fresh too. As soon as I started hogging on the Chicken Maharaja Mac, I was lost in its delectable flavours. It was perfectly assembled with a juicy grilled chicken patty, paired along with ingredients like jalapenos, onions, slice of cheese, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce with the Habanero sauce. One of the best things I have had in such a long time. After this, I had the McSpicy Chicken Burger. Yes, it's not only in the name but it was really spicy and tasty. All my spicy food cravings were fulfilled after having it. It brought out the goodness of spicy, crunchy, and mouthwatering flavours. It was like a direct ride to heaven! Followed by it, I had the classic French Fries which were crispy, and great in taste till the end. However, one thing that really took me by surprise was the fact that it didn't turn soggy and maintained its crispiness throughout. And the thirst-quenching cold coke put the best end to this meal!

"On days when I don't feel like cooking, I end up ordering from McDonald's. This time I ordered a McSpicy Paneer Burger, Fries, and a Cold Coke. Truly, I couldn't have asked for a perfect meal. I loved the way how McSpicy Paneer Burger was assembled, with a cottage cheese patty coated in a spicy & crispy batter. My most favourite part about this premium burger was its creamy sauce & iceberg lettuce. Too good & tasty! Their crispy & delicious French Fries brought out the goodness of the freshly cooked potatoes and satiated my tastebuds. Also, the cold coke was totally a stress buster for me. The food was delivered to me in eco-friendly packaging and the rider wore a mask & gloves, maintained social distance, and sanitized his hands during the delivery. He kept their promise of Golden Guarantee of safety & hygiene i.e., ''Extra Safe, Great Taste'' food experience.

If you're looking for a quiet place to eat, McDonald's is the restaurant for you. However, the food is incredible, and the staff does their best with the limited number of employees. Keep in mind that it's not the employees' fault if the restaurant is understaffed.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Their brunch is awesome, I love the avocado toast and the California focaccia. Pizza is really good as well. “Best Pizza EVER! Not just on the lower Cape…. anywhere!

After waiting for so long at the counter, with other customers as well, there was no one to take the order. Those present, were talking amongst themselves and did not care to take the order. When they did, their behaviour was very indifferent, as if they don't care anymore. They didn't explain the meal inclusions and prices and details to anyone. Just interested in getting the biggest bills. I ordered a take away and WHILE the order was being taken and BEFORE I paid, I said give me Fanta instead of Coke and they denied, saying the bill is already made. I don't understand how it could make any difference to the bill if it was Coke or Fanta. it's just a drink that is to be filled and has to be the customers choice. And then they knew it was a take away order, still they gave me the Coke in a regular paper cup with a regular plastic cap - with the hole on it for the straw - and I had to carry it on my vehicle and it stained my clothes because 'the bill was made' The Zomato order says the drink comes in a special delivery friendly bottle. Why can't the same bottle be given for take aways too? Very unfortunate, very unprofessional. I am going back to Burger Kings. At least they have sensible staff there. No more McDonald's for me now on.

We placed order of McVeggies and McAloo Tikkis The person taking the order asked us to repeT the order thrice. He was preoccupied in some chit chat due to which he took a wrong order. We had done a take away and were in a rush. After sitting back in our cars we realised that he had mixed up our orders. Accordingly, we were charges more. Not expected this service from Mcdonald’s.

My today's order and details attached herewith. Worst experience. In return I am just getting the the balance amt. What is the penalty imposed on the restaurant. Such brands making such mishaps is not at all acceptable. You have to take some strict action. Today's action will assure a better service tomorrow.

The quality of food is degraded it is not what it used to be. Had ordered Mac spicy panner and Mac puff both were stale and tasteless, when told to replace it they just dumped in lettuce to make it tastier 😐 like what does it do any good to the burger. Buns were also dry and panner was blend.

Pathatic experiance regarding such a huge company. Different quality from different branches everytime, Dine in experience was different and delivery experience is totally horrible. You need to improve and balance both type of orders i.e. dine in and delivery both.
