awesome experience, I am a regular customer who orders mac delivery. today I ordered 4 combos mac Maharaja chicken and I forgot to order a coke. fortunately the manager provided complimentary. thanks

I had ordered Mcsaver with piri piri, but the piri and the fries were missing. On Zomato, we end up paying more for what we really get.

Our order was one of the last ones, the food was all good. However, the staff there are awfully rude and disrespectful. I feel, the training for the staff should be re-done, and may be make them learn to have a polite attitude towards their customers. Would prefer to not visit this branch anymore, nor would I recommend this branch to anyone.

For the very first time i was disppointed with mc d. I am a frequent visitor as my work place is near by this outlet. This time The burger was dry and something was not right with the burger i noticed some sticky thing on the burger. I asked the staff and they said its mayo sauce and ignored my complain. They didnt changed it not even responded . More to that my next table customer ordered Many food items and when he Had some issue your staff changed the whole burger just because It was a Big order??? you treat Your customer this way. Burger was tasteless Dry and not even hot  Fries and burger both were just Tasteless. And Treat Your customer nicely I also paid 220 rs for my meal. And Your staff service was 0 they completely Ignored my Thing.

So I Have came to Order from Your outlet today eve . At the take away counter Your staff Girl Which Was from mc cafe Behaved rude. Her name was Anjali she Dosent have sense to Talk to customer. She was Handling Every customers all at once and then When asked about How to order she didnt even bother to answer. Teach her some sense. I am not ordering from Your outlet now again Change Your staff Rude and dosent know How to talk.

Had ordered a Mexican Mc aloo tikki.... And received it..... but without Mexican sauce and barely any veggies!! :/ ( do they do this with home delivery customers cuz there's no one to complain on face?)

Burger was not gud not hygiene ically packed , Some of the fries were like sticks Coke was all drained out which made another food wet ambience of the food bad Wedges were black as if are rotten

Never order for late night delivery. I ordered from two different outlets and both of them accepted and then cancelled order after more than an hour. Pathetic

food were not properly sealed and it spilled all over the bag when it was delivered, ending we just threw it in the garbage.

The most miserable malnourished shrunken McVeggie burgers I have ever seen!!! Definitely not worth the cost!!
