Third time here…first time with the family…love the food and ambience..outdoor seating is amazing…especially in winters. Great food…service especially from the kitchen staff can be improved. Overall a nice place.

Will not visit again. That's for sure. Went there for Diwali Lunch with family. There were Only a few tables full but The Lack of Service is Extremely pathetic. Nobody comes to serve you water, no manus were given until after 10 minutes. Manager disregarded our Jain Order, brought Regular Non jain food. Got late for everything and still the food wasn't Even Hot. Kids got very hungry and started crying. We left there half empty, disheartened. To the Owner: If you want Merasa to Run Lunch time in Ahmedabad in semi open area with transparent roof, the LEAST you can do is Put Ceiling Fans. The CUTLERY IS OLD AND STAINED. The Restaurant is over-hyped and Absolutely Not Worth the Money. NOT DONE.

Absolute disappoint. We were gathered together for farewell party of one of our colleague. We went there. we ordered food and after that power gone. complete black out. and this is happened in the hotel only. outside surroundings apartment have power. We asked about generator facility. They said they don't have generator and it will take 1 hour to fix this issue. Lots of flies, mosquitoes, odour of insectisides. We went there with full of hopes, but we left with only masala papad. Please improve your service. You have already so many bad reviews. Please look into this and take necessary action.

Really bad service. I have visited them twice. While my first experience was so good. The second time ensured that I never visit them again. Stale food. Horrible service. While serving they were actually spilling it on table or clothes. Taking loads of time to actually get water too. They really need to have a look. Spoiled our important day. I literally contacted them on chat so many times. did normal calls too. no one tends to respond. Note: I loved the food and ambience when i had gone in May but if this is how it has turned out. You guys really need to bring back that consistency.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cleanliness was not well maintained — the spoons and plates were dirty, which is unacceptable for any dining place. The service was also very slow, and sometimes the orders were mixed up. One major concern is that Jain and Non-Jain food are not clearly separated, so please check carefully before eating. The management really needs to improve hygiene, service speed, and ensure proper handling of food categories.

There were flies all over the place, no great quality of food, portion size also needs improve.We ordered a Lasagne n after 15 minutes of waiting, we were informed that it was spoilt.Over priced.Wouldnt recommend.

Its not Mirasa its NIRASHA NEW FAILS TO DISAPPOINT After placing order we waited for 30 minutes and then we got to know that they wont be able to serve as the ingredients are finished

We went out with 22-25 people, the lights went out, and we were made to wait 1.5hours just to receive the starters and soup very slow service and very bad food
