If you’re craving a proper North Indian feast, Mirch Masala, Nikol deserves a spot on your list. 🌶️🍗 This meal had everything—from smoky tandoori to rich curries and a sweet ending that stole the show. 🍗 Shikari Full Tandoori – Tender, juicy, perfectly smoky, and loaded with bold spices. Every bite was packed with flavour, just the way I like it. 🍖 Mutton Roganjosh – Served in a traditional matka. The moment the lid was opened, the aroma was irresistible. Rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious with their soft Butter Naan. 🌧️ From the Monsoon Special Menu: 🍛 Laziz Kukkad Tawa – Boneless chicken tossed in a rich brown gravy with capsicum. Mildly sweet, pleasantly spicy, and full of flavour. A must-try seasonal special! 🫓 Butter Naan – Soft, buttery, and the perfect companion to the gravies. 🧡 Jalebi – Crispy, juicy, and easily one of my favourite jalebis in Ahmedabad. A heartfelt thanks to Dhananjay and Ganesh for the outstanding hospitality. They made sure the chicken was tender, the naans were soft, and even kept plenty of tissues ready for my happily messy hands. It’s these thoughtful details that make a dining experience truly memorable. A big salute to the chef for serving dishes that looked amazing and tasted even better.
