Bad pasta , Tasteless... Service was not good at all . I had to go to the counter twice to ask them to come and take my order Food was not served. white sauce pasta was literally taste less. Won't come back again.

If I could give zero stars to Café Mocha, Gulbai Tekra, I would. One star feels overly generous. First, they serve you a so-called pesto panini that doesn’t contain pesto at all — when you point it out, they simply throw in a few jalapeños, one in each portion and hand it back as if that fixes anything. Then, an item clearly listed as “toasted” on the menu arrived completely untoasted — just plain bread, no effort whatsoever. The aglio e olio spaghetti turns up smothered in Alfredo sauce, and when questioned, the manager casually dismisses it as “our fusion,” which is just code for “we don’t know what we’re doing.” The French fries are unmistakably frozen, yet passed off as fresh, and despite a menu loaded with drink options, only a single soft drink is available — with staff insisting you should try their overpriced “coolers” even if you don’t want them. The food is wrong, the service is dismissive, and the overall experience is shockingly poor for a city like Ahmedabad that’s known for its hospitality. Easily one of the worst cafés I’ve visited — avoid at all costs.

I have been a loyal patron of Mocha for nearly eight years and have always valued the experiences I’ve had there, even celebrating birthdays with friends at the café. Unfortunately, due to a recent experience, I feel compelled to state that I will no longer be visiting. During my visit, the manager, Sagar, prioritized seating acquaintances over guests who had been waiting patiently. Additionally, the café has increasingly fallen short on basic offerings—drinks are often unavailable, outdoor seating is not properly arranged with chairs, and at times even the lighting is inadequate. This recent incident, particularly the treatment by the manager, has left me deeply disappointed. As a result, I can no longer recommend Mocha to others and will be sharing my experience publicly. Sadly, the café has lost a long-standing and loyal customer.

the staff was not at all courteous. no welcome no greetings. they were all busy refilling their ketchup bottles or in the kitchen. asked to serve the sharing plates but were refused and dismissed by the server and the manager was even more rude. the chicken cigars were soft and full of cabbage. just name it spring rolls instead of cigars. the Alfredo pasta was nothing like I have had there before. worst experience in all the times I have been to Mocha. the manager thinks he is above the guests so couldn't even wish or hold the door when we were leaving.

worst of all mocha visits.. what went wrong 1. ac not working 2. in the name of biryani they serve only rice with 4 small bone pieces. 3. to make it up for the complaint they gave frozen meat from the fridge in hot gravy.. mutton biryani as chilled inside was acknowledged by two waiters. 4. later they replaced it with one nalli that is bone, one charbi and one good piece.. 5. no aftermint or anything with bill. 6. no courtesy to ask how was the food. 7. they dont have owners number.

If you have 1 hour to waste before you receive your order, This is the perfect place for you. The entire management has changed here and New management is just not able to cope up with the rush. I am never going to visit this place again. Bodakdev branch is much better. Visit that instead

food quality and taste have been dropped significantly. Momo - not hot. Spaghetti - with too much onion. onion?! Pav Bhaji Cheese Grit - sprinkled cheese, you can't taste; frozen bhaji, you wouldn't want.

Cafe latte was horrible, so is the infrastructure. The pink pasta was below average and virtually tasteless. The staff is super nosy and unwelcoming. Horrible experience overall.

Nah food was really mid, service was slow. Mocha lost its charm which they had back in the day.
