"Had an incredible dining experience at Mocha Infocity! We tried the Chilli cheese cigar rolls, pink sauce Penne pasta, Margarita pizza, and kiwi monito and a spicy guava mocktail. Every dish hit the mark—great ambiance and fantastic food. Highly recommended!"

the food was average. seemed to be overpriced both quantity and quality wise. ordered honey Lotus stem and there was hardly any Lotus stem in there, 80% honey chilly potato and just 20% Lotus stem. ordered hakka noodles and again it contained 70% cabbage and onion and just 30% noodles. the sides served with momos were with stale onion. overall experience: average. not gonna visit again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cafe Mocha today, which is surprising because we’ve been regular customers. While eating, we found a hair in the food. We chose not to create a scene and simply kept it aside and continued eating. However, shortly after, we found another — even longer — hair in the food. At that point, I calmly informed the staff, only expecting them to take it as feedback and be more careful. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the person at the counter, Ramesh, responded very rudely and immediately blamed us, saying the hair was ours — without even inspecting it. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable, especially when we were speaking politely. To add context, the hair we found was clearly much longer than anyone in my family’s hair, making the accusation even more unreasonable. What upset us more than the issue itself was the complete lack of accountability and basic courtesy. There was no apology, even while we were leaving. Good food alone is not enough — customer service and attitude matter just as much. Sadly, this experience has completely changed our perception, and this will be our last visit. Very poor service and highly unprofessional behavior

People if you want to save your money and time please don’t go to mocha, the food quality has gone down, the ambience is just annoying as people scream on top of their lungs, the service is also not that good… on a recent occasion i went here and ordered chicken butter masala and what they gave was absolutely obnoxious… they literally gave it in small bowl💀… after complaining they said they will do something about it…took 15 mins and came back with SAME DAMN THING…it was so infuriating. Please dont waste your money and time here

Despite the name, the coffee here is quite disappointing. The quality of coffee could definitely be improved, as it doesn’t taste like they’re using good-quality beans. In fact, when you ask for coffee, it feels more like you’re being served a chocolate-based drink rather than proper coffee. The service, however, is good and the staff is polite and attentive. Overall, the food quality and especially the coffee need significant improvement.
