We recently visited an authentic morbi style restaurant based in Gandhinagar (near relience chokdi) and this is what I had Poori Shaaq- it consisted of crisp on outside and soft on inside poori and potato sabji on side. The sabzi was slightly spicy to taste. But overall it was a fulfilling dish. Fafda- fafda was nicely fried it tasted crispy and crunchy and was served with a sweet green chutney which made it a great combo together. It was served with side of papaya sambharo and fried green chillies Methi gota- they were small crunchy balls of methi mixed with besan which tasted yum! What a wonderful , beautiful and full of tastes. Every dish is authentic is its own way. Food prepared from bottom of heart and with feelings. Must try Gathiya , Puri shak and Bread Katka. And Bread jota and Ras Pav is you like spicy.

I ordered Puri shaak Bread katka Fafda I kid you not, all of the three items were just perfect for a foodie, you get the most welcoming host, you get the most delicious taste and above all it satisfies your cravings to the core.

Morbiwale, a place for a pure traditional desi foodies, Poori shaak from morbi is the most authentic taste of morbi, fafda is soft thin and satiafying, gathiya is above average, bread katka, bhungra bataka are super Delicious.

Shrikhand Puri shaak is awesome must try... Authentic test of morbi shaak. Best experience ever ..... Must try
