Visited today with friends and had an absolutely wonderful time at Mould – An Art Space Café in Adalaj. From the moment we entered, the space felt calm, well-kept and immersed in nature — a real breath of fresh air compared to many cafés. What we ordered & loved: • The V60 manual brew — the Whisky Barrel Ice Pour Over version — was superb: smooth, well-balanced and a great flavour experience. • The Classic Cold Brew (and the fact that you can ask for a refill at discounted price) was a bonus. • Food-wise: the Hummus Platter was fresh and tasty, the Pomodoro Pasta hit the mark, the Piri-Piri Fries had just the right kick, and the Hot Chocolate was rich and comforting to round off the meal. • Every single item we tried was amazing — from drinks to food. Ambience: • The café is tucked between nature, with greenery around, and is very well-maintained. It offered a relaxing vibe for our group to hang out and chat without feeling rushed. • It strikes a great balance: café meets art space. The surroundings and setting elevate the experience beyond just “grab a coffee”. Value for money: • Price-wise this café is very pocket-friendly compared to many upscale cafés nearby. You get premium coffee, good food and the lovely environment — a perfect combination. Overall: If you’re looking for a café that combines excellent coffee, delicious food, nature-laden ambience and good value, this is a strong choice. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it for friends’ meet-ups, relaxed afternoons, or just unwinding with a brew.

ohh what a beautiful find , loved mleko always n finding that with goa rusty vibe in Ahmedabad out of nowhere was cherry on cake ! quaint farm space with amazing coffee n most amazing croissant of mleko in rainy afternoons made our Sunday perfection . from pesto to hummus everything was delish , can't wait to visit soon

We are a regular at Mleko, Navrangpura. And finding one amidst a farm was such a delight. Amazing coffee and deserts in such a quaint earthly setting. It's our new favourite now. Highly recommended for everyone

one of the coolest places in Ahmedabad to sit, relax, work, eat & blend along nature and Art. every corner has a vibe of its own. the food is really amazing.
