We ordered the lal maas tortellini and sea bass with lemon butter. The manager treated us with mushroom cappuccino. The staff is very well groomed and attentive. Loved it. PS some guests are unruly, aggressive and unnecessarily demanding. Plus bargaining for discount seems like a birth right. Dont spoil experience for others.

Had a great time at Mrs. Mage cafe! We ordered fish and chips, panko fried chicken and a mango shake. All tasted soo good !!

Pathetic experience staff more interested in decorating the place rather than attending the guest....had to repeatedly put my hand up to call the staff and ask for food menu....Sonali was not aware about the product....and even though there was a discount available ended up paying more STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HYATT IS A BRAND NAME AND People LIKE US BRING BUSINESS I WAS HERE FOR ATTENTIVE SERVICE BUT DIDNT RECEIVE

Staff bit slow and no lemon in this big hotel🤣 , also no awareness about pre booking and also they rudely say that all that payments are third party we cant accept

Mezze platter lacked taste and was served with just one spoon of dips. The pita bread was extremely hard. Also, lack of vegan options in the menu.
