Muse ambience is very nice and cozy. Waiting period is too long for weekend and holiday. Rolled lasagna is nice 4/5. Must try. Cheese sphageti is really good 3.5. Food menu is simple and short.

Absolutely horrendous experience we had have to face. Terrible food taste, very bad quality and soo much overpriced! We went here coz of the good name I had heard to celebrate my anniversary. We ordered feta and skinned tomato pizza, even in a thin crust you expect some good quality. It was literally Veeba pizza pasta sauce, amul cheese in the name of feta, that too very scarce might I add, and 1 tomato sliced over a thicker khakhra. It tasted soo badd. We also ordered a pink sauce spaghetti, it was so bland. So tasteless, that even after adding a load of chilli flakes and oregano it tasted like nothing. Just terrible experience. It didn't end there, we ordered a mint mojito and a blueberry mojito. Guess what, they messed it up too. The blueberry mojito had some blended/unblended berries in it and it triggered gag reflex every time you drink it. The mint mojito, no taste at all, none what so ever. Would have rated 0 if there was an option. Ruined my anniversary totally.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Firstly, the quality of the food was below average, lacking flavor and freshness. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there, as we ended up with food poisoning, which was a clear indication of poor food hygiene standards. The service was equally bad. The staff was incredibly rude, showing no regard for customer service. What was particularly frustrating was that during the rainy season, they made us wait outside with no consideration for the weather conditions. There was no offer of shelter or an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the combination of bad food, poor hygiene, and terrible customer service makes this a place I would strongly advise avoiding.

The Mexican hot pot was soo disappointing and also the paneer fusion and naan. I would advise them to not do fusion and keep the food recipe intact and authentic because the fusion was absolutely terrible.
