We had the opportunity to visit this restaurant and we were served by Yash. We had a great experience. The food was awesome and the service was cherry on the cake.

I have done pre-booking in Indus with 30% discount but the restaurant was closed so the staff instructed me to book instant dine in through I got only 15% discount. Not at all satisfied with the service.

we booked for 9.30pm slot for dinner buffet, the staff insisted that we complete dinner by 10. 30pm. Food quality was not as expected from Vivanta

Disappointed with the service . Here are the reasons The restaurant was filled at 10-15% capacity and still they couldn’t provide basic quality food - 1. Fryums served were moist , when complained , they replaced it however the fresh ones were dripping oil . I picked up one and it dripped atleast 4 drops of oil . 2. Laccha paratha was burnt on the sides I can’t think of Taj doing this!

we took the buffet dinner however almost all the items were insufficient. when asked them to bring or prepare, then they took an hour and that too chasing them for 4 to 5 times. it was worst that could had multiple food even after opted for a buffet dinner and by expensing 2000rs per person.

Their chairs and tables are dirty. one of the waiter dropped the spoon on floor and added it back with set of washed spoons. Despite telling them to bring hot food, they served warm and microwaved food. Even dhabas are better than this.
