I’ve been to this place multiple times and it’s beautiful. The service does take time because they prepare fresh food. If you are looking for quality and have patience to be able to wait for worthy meal, then please do visit this place. Kiran who is there staff member is very cooperative and has lovely smile.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the amazing location and beautiful surroundings, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The staff's attitude was shockingly impolite. Even though the entire cafe was empty, we were not allowed to sit where we wanted. Their behavior lacked basic courtesy and made us feel quite unwelcome. Adding to our disappointment, the place was incredibly dirty. Tables were unclean, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. It's quite disheartening to see such poor hygiene standards in a place with so much potential. For those considering a visit, I would highly recommend Arambh Cafe in the same campus instead. It's a much better option with a more pleasant atmosphere and, importantly, a more polite and professional staff.

My experience at this cafe was highly disappointing. The cafe has amazing vibes and is perfect for winter nights . But the service is very slow and pathetic. Most of the people left while waiting for their food around us. And we also had to cancel our order and leave as the waiting time was more than 30 minutes. They should improve their service quality and get more staff to serve their customers!!
