I ordered manchurian dry with cheese jain but very dry manchurian there is no taste before I tried same thing it was very tasty but yesterday not like food quality very disappointing

I had visited this place 1 year back and i loved it, this time I visited it with my wife and the experience was the worst that could be. The staff was polite no doubt, but was highly untrained. The food this time tasted so mediocre that it couldn't justify its price tag. There was also items missing from the order so we had to send and this happened multiple times. Extra toppings were missing on pizza had to send it back. In sauted mushroom straw mushroom were missing, if it's there in menu it should be in the dish. I can't pay bloody 1300 for garlic button mushrooms, that I can get any where. Overall not happy and not going there again.

To be honest this is one of the most unnecessarily over hyped places in ahmedabad staff was extremely untrained they were behaving like they were serving in a lodge. No organised way of taking order. One item of the placed order did not show up. Noodles were horrible. Behaviour of the order taking staff was extremely unprofessional. Considering the rates of individual dish was more than any 5stars in ahmedabad and service was not even matching any standards of dhaba. No doubt 3 way humus was superb but rest everything was out of the box. Bottomline is when you charge this much the service and food has to be upto the standards not below the standards.

I went with my team on a corporate lunch a couple of years ago & was surprised by the fact that whichever cuisine we ordered, it was delicious. I insisted to go there day before yesterday because the new team members haven't been there. It was so disappointing this time. Not sure what has happened but the taste has changed a lot. The spicy food item was not so spicy, paneer & soya chaap did not taste the same & the pizza was also not upto the mark. Definitely not suggesting someone to go here.

The food was amazing. It was great, but the service was horrible. I believe that if food is good, does not mean that the service needs to be bad, so I don't think so. I'm gonna visit this place again, but the staff was very rude and in general, the service was bad.

Rush hours are quite heavy on the kitchen I guess as the food quality has significantly dropped.
