BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THEIR PACKAGES — WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT NECESSARILY WHAT YOU GET I booked this restaurant for 19 people for my father’s birthday lunch and deliberately chose their highest/top-most package because I wanted the occasion to be special and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but that. 🚨 1. MENU CHANGES AFTER ADVANCE PAYMENT At the time of booking, the staff was kind enough to offer complimentary chaas, which I appreciated. However, after the menu was finalised and the advance payment was already made, I received a call informing me that both desserts included in the package were suddenly unavailable. The explanation given was rainwater blockage at their Changodar facility. What made this even more difficult to understand was that it wasn’t even a rainy day. I immediately refused the replacement dessert they offered — Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream — because I had specifically chosen the original menu. 🚨 2. PANEER NAWABI — PICTURE VS REALITY I selected Paneer Nawabi after seeing the dish displayed in their menu. What arrived at the table was completely different from what was shown. When I questioned the staff, the response was essentially: “We only keep paneer chunks.” Then why display something different in the menu? If the actual preparation is different, show the actual dish and inform the customer before taking the booking and payment. 🚨 3. NUTELLA MOUSSE CAKE — THE BIGGEST SHOCK This was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. The package clearly mentioned “Nutella Mousse Cake Cutting.” Instead, what we received was dessert served in a small cutting glass. When we questioned this, the explanation was that “cutting” was mentioned in the package, hence it was served this way. Honestly, this felt like wordplay rather than customer service. And after finishing the rest of the meal, the portion size of the dessert was shockingly small — especially considering this was the top-most package and a birthday celebration for 19 people. ❌ THE BIGGEST LESSON My biggest issue isn’t even the food. It’s the lack of transparency between what is shown/promised at the time of booking and what is actually delivered. When you’re booking a package for a special occasion and paying an advance, you expect clarity, consistency and basic honesty. Instead, I experienced: ❌ Menu items becoming unavailable after payment ❌ Dishes looking significantly different from their menu presentation ❌ Ambiguity around what “cake cutting” actually means ❌ Extremely disappointing dessert portion size ❌ Explanations being given only AFTER the issue was raised ⚠️ BUYER BEWARE — ASK EVERYTHING BEFORE PAYING If you are planning to book their package, do not rely only on the package/menu description or photographs. Get EVERYTHING confirmed in writing — exact dishes, preparation, portion sizes, dessert quantity, cake-cutting format, complimentary items and substitutions. Because once you have paid the advance, you may find that what you thought you booked and what you actually receive are two very different things. For a normal meal, these things may be manageable. But for a father’s birthday celebration with 19 people, it was extremely disappointing. My advice: clarify every single detail before making the advance payment. Don’t assume anything based on the menu or package wording.

Please guys save your money and don’t come here There are lot many better options I found hair in cheese and spinach starter and they were not ready to even accept it is hair They were like its is just spinach… thou hair was completely visible still Also service has got worst and the taste of food have changed and its not like before Totally a waste of money and mood spoiling experience

went there and ordered a soup even though after repeatedly telling that the soup had foul taste and smell the manager insisted on trying saying they have checked with the chef if it's gone bad or not.....however we could taste it and it wasn't upto the mark after requesting also it was send back to us and not taken off the bill
