Found a COCKROACH in the pasta I ordered from Nook Cafe. But honestly, what was even more disgusting than the food was the attitude of the management. Instead of being genuinely concerned about a serious food hygiene issue, the owner was least bothered and conveniently started blaming Zomato. And then comes the manager’s brilliant response: “Come to Nook, I’ll serve you free pasta.” Sir, after finding a cockroach in your pasta, why on earth would I want to come back and eat your pasta again? This isn’t a customer loyalty programme where you compensate me with another plate of potentially contaminated food. Finding a cockroach in someone’s food is NOT a minor inconvenience. The fact that the management treated it so casually is honestly shocking. Absolutely unacceptable. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless cockroaches are part of the menu now. I’ll make sure this picture reaches every relevant Instagram page, food blogger, review platform, and wherever else it needs to go.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The restaurant is listed on Zomato/Swiggy, yet refused to accept online payment for our dine-in bill, forcing us to use cash/direct UPI. They offered a discount online but revoked it in person, leading to a frustrating experience. Unprofessional and not transparent about their policies. Too conjusted place and service was pathetic as we have recieved wrong order twice. And have to wait long for our order. Please avoid if you are looking for a seamless experience.

Poor service and very unorganized. We had to wait a long time for our order, and even then, we received the wrong dishes twice. The seating area is too congested and feels cramped. What was more disappointing is that online discounts were displayed, but the staff refused to provide any discount. Overall, a bad experience.
