It was my go to cafe for past so many months. Recently I encountered extreme lack of hygiene, when reported cordially the staff came up with a very arrogant reply that they are short of staff. I ignored it. Even worse incidence happened on my visit on 5th August, when my order wasn't served even after 30 mins of waiting. When I raised the concern, a very ill behaved staff of pramod and bhavesh under the management of rahul katta blamed staff shortage and protocol concerns for such a heavy delay and went on to say that I will have to wait further till they can make the coffee. I got my coffee after an hour with an even more mean statement that jo time lagega wo lagega and protocol change ho gaya. I think I never expected my favorite cafe to go so mean and over the top.

Cold Brew tastes more like a Americano made out of Dark Roast beans. Hot maggi was served in a plastic box and it looked like a left over box. Total disappointment!
