I've tried pack lunch several times❤️ but this was our first dining experience. I loved Veg toofani and the most delicious one Hyderabadi Dum Biryani 💜 I'm gonna visit this place again and again💙 if you're reading my review trust me visit this place I'm sure you'll not regret. Most recommended place for punjabi lovers with affordable rates, good quality food and best services❤️

Visited PALATE restaurant with my family recently. Sad to say it is genuinely the Worst dining experience I have ever had in India. The first Manager who took our order (older man with a stout belly) basically LIED about All the dishes we asked him about. We ordered a Mocktail - Pina colada, He said it would have Fresh pineapple Juice and coconut milk, Hence we went ahead and placed the order and Instead what we received was a Pineapple soda with No coconut milk and Synthetic Crush/syrup flavoring (which for health reasons I cannot consume). This was just the first fraud and the shocks just kept on coming. Next, we asked the manager about their Pizza. My son specifically asked whether the Pizza base would be Readymade OR freshly made inhouse and if it would be thin or thick crust. Again the same older guy felt No shame to LIE to our faces - tells us : "We make our pizza base Fresh In-house and it can be made Thin crust." What arrived at our table was basically what is served at roadside Pizza stalls. It's only after a new Manager - Zaved (young chap) came to our table that he told us with honesty that the Pizza bases are bought readymade and we got saved from a Health problem because we had to confirm with Zayed about the Pina colada containing synthetic flavored crush which had to be Returned. All in all - they put up an attractive decor ambience to Make you think they are par with Gourmet Fine dining standard, But ALL that Glitters is NOT Gold. This was the most shocking and Fraudulent dining experience I've ever had. The Owner of this restaurant was not present at the time we visited otherwise I would have reported the Frauds their first order taker did with us. Any penny spent here will be a Waste, this restaurant especially their Entire Cooking team can manage to Mess up every single order ; spoiling both your Appetite and your Evening. Save your peace of mind and monies by Avoiding dining here.
