Most renowned and well known place whom the city has showered a lots of love and they have a new outlet at satadhar. The taste still remains just the same as time passes . Guys they have one of the best and real ice creams served with limited flavours and delighting taste. Do visit their outlets soon to enhance your taste buds. Do you love ice-cream? You haven't had ice-cream from this place! Then you definitely don't know what ice-cream is. An ice-cream lover would surely have had ice-cream from here. It's my favourite place to have ice-cream. I love mostly all flavours, yet my favorites Rose coconut with cashew Roasted almonds Orange almond Choco brownie Swiss cake They are oldest and the best in Ahmedabad.

Patel Icecream is one of its kind! It has its own taste which has always been different compared to other frozen ice cream available in Ahmedabad. It tastes as if it is home made and may be that is the reason it tastes rich with dry fruit flavours including BPK, Pista, Roasted Almond etc. It fills your tummy for a craving of a sweet tooth! Indeed recommend place.

I had a visit today at Patel Ice cream SP STADIUM. After Eating ice cream, while i gone for payment they told me we do not have any online platform to accept money. Unfortunately i didnt have any money nd they dont have any online platform to accept money. Its a very old shop and how anyone can imagine that PATEL ICE CREAM won't have such medium. Now main concern, I had discussed with staff that give me any paytm number or gice me any option to swipe credit or debit card but they dont have this facility too. They told me keep your phone here nd withdraw the money from ATM nd submit on our billing counter. Is it the way to talk with customer? 1. You don't have updated system in your pathetic shop so it's not customers fault. 2. You are not accepting money through paytm, google pay, card its not customers fault. 3. You are absolutely not authorised to ASK any customers to keep them assets on billing desk. Only one word from my side dear Patel Ice cream and team, Just improve your thinking level and system too

I am actually a very old patron of this place going their since I was a child. With change of times they have increased their flavours and decors as well but unfortunately their management and more importantly the staff's attitude just has not changed. I was there today to collect a take away and thus approched the first counter from where I was asked to enquire quite rudely to the second counter, the second counter guy asked me to have a seat and wait for a waiter. For about 50 odd clients there were just 2 waiters. I waited patiently for 15 odd minute but no waiter turned up. I again enquired at the second counter with no response and was asked to wait longer. With Guest waiting at home I just couldn't take it any more. I really wish they could upgrade their services go complement their amazing products.

Poor quality ice cream now, with deterioration in quality since last 6 months. Ganesh Mapel staff is arrogant and disinterested. Once.itnwas best known ice cream in two whereas now i would not at all recommend it. These is no response to quality complaint from the shop owner/ manager..avoid ordering especially from Ganesh Mapel store

Worst ice cream I ever had. Had the kesar pista ice cream and it was full of essence. I would suggest anyone with the allergy of essence to avoid this entirely. Further, the lady sitting at the counter was extremely rude and arrogant. I will never visit this place again.

rate is very high....100 ml for 100 rupees ....milk is almost same price ...sugar is same price...on what basis they are increasing the prices... pure loot shud boycott ....the menu given here is old....they are now looting
