Had a great dining experience at Pepito Restaurant! We ordered quite a variety — 3 Peppers Onion Neo Pizza, Chilly Cheese Churros, Coffee Affogato, Cottage Cheese Pinwheels, Fire Cracker Dimsums, French Fries, Frozen Orange Iced Americano, Miso Udon Noodle Soup, and Roasted Almond Hot Chocolate — and honestly, everything was delicious. The standout dishes for me were the churros, pinwheels, dimsums, and the miso udon soup — full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The beverages, especially the iced americano and hot chocolate, were equally impressive. The ambiance is very aesthetic and gives a nice, relaxed vibe — perfect for any size of group. The servers were polite and welcoming, though they seemed a bit underconfident at times. Overall, a great place for good food and a cozy experience. Would definitely recommend!

Taste of the food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The service was pathetic — food was served cold, and the staff lacked even basic courtesy. What was particularly odd was that the staff reconfirmed the prices before taking the order, as if we hadn’t already seen the menu. Definitely needs improvement in service standards.

Worst service ever seen! Will never recommend to go. First of all when host took us to table i asked them if any table outside available she replied “if you want this take it or there are more waiting for the table “ later while eating I finished my salad and waiting for my next course waiter clear the table and presented the bill i thought they must forgot to add my main course but it was there in my bill. When i asked waiter to remove it he replied it can be only removed if dish is not been made. When I escalated this to the manager he was busy having his dinner. I mean are you serious? And after waiting for half an hour to get that dish removed manager is just replying sorry nothing else. Your minimum dish is worth of INR 500 and your staff is acting like we are their bi*tch? In short people who run this place dont care about the customer care! FYI date of visit 14/2/26 bill number 41849 picture attached.
