Great food, warm hospitality, and excellent service Had a wonderful experience here. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish was served hot and presented nicely. What really stood out was the hospitality and service. The staff was polite, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Orders were taken patiently, and service was prompt without feeling rushed. Overall, a great place for good food and a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended — will definitely visit again!

The experience was amazing as always loved every bit of dal Bukhara but service could have been better and we missed their paan as it was not available. I will sincerely recommend to order Dal Bukhara and Paneer tikka…Their paneer makhani is very tangy. But Naan Amal, dal Bukhara ad everything else is to die for !!!! We had an amazing amazing time…

I recently dined at Peshawri – ITC Narmada, and while the food itself was overall good and lived up to the restaurant’s reputation, a few service-related issues took away from the experience. The flavors were rich and authentic, especially the Dal Bukhara, which was well-cooked and satisfying. However, when we requested bowls, the waiter responded by saying the dal was thick enough and bowls were not required, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Additionally, basic cutlery was missing from the table and had to be asked for. What left the poorest impression was at the end of the meal. Once the food was finished, tissues were not provided and the bill was brought directly. When we requested tissues, we were told that the restaurant’s closing time had already passed, so they would not provide them. This response felt unprofessional and inconsistent with the premium dining experience one expects from a restaurant of this stature.

Mediocre food -that too with such a limited options. Not worth the price. Went there at 8pm was asked to wait 30min, after 45 min of waiting, when I approached desk, table was already available but as staff got changed there was no handover and so I was not updated. The most amusing part was the attendee at the desk didn’t apologise for anything- simply ignored the goof up and carried on. Don’t expect such lethargic service from any restaurant. Also, there is no waiting lounge.

Highly overrated. Vegetarian cuisine is below average. Can get much better taste at significantly cheaper restaurant. Sitting also not comfortable. Service was good, food terrible.
