Cold pizza served within 2–3 minutes of ordering. * Staff claimed it was freshly made, which was hard to believe as it was cold. * Captain refused to replace the pizza and only offered to reheat it. * Captain made weird facial expressions when we complained instead of handling the issue professionally. * Even after waiting, the replacement pizza was not what we had ordered. * Choco Brownie Shake had no brownie pieces at all. * Extremely poor service with long waiting times. * Table was dirty, and we had to wait several minutes just to get it cleaned before sitting. * Staff seemed careless and uninterested in customer satisfaction. * Overall, very disappointing food quality, poor service, and unprofessional behaviour.

I’ve been coming here for the past year and have always enjoyed the pizza, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill recently. Compared to what it used to be, the pizza this time was really disappointing — the taste, texture and overall quality just weren’t the same. I’m not sure if there has been a change in ingredients or preparation, but the difference was noticeable. I really hope the quality improves because this used to be one of my regular places for pizza.
