Leave it up to Gujaratis, who are famous for 2 things, being business-minded and hardcore foodies, to come up with a concept like this! Puff + Pizza's! PUFFIZZA! I am sure this idea might already be a thing somewhere in Europe, but getting introduced in the Gujarat markets is a different thing.  Puff is a very standard snack in this dry state. While calling it Gujarat's Vada Pav might be overdoing it, but it's everyone's favourite pastime munchy. Now turning this flaky, layered savoury pastry into a full blown pizza requires ingenuity! And Puffizza executes this beautifully.  We tried 3 of their yummy puffizzas, and each of them were too good to not crave more.  Be it FIVE CHEESE, or TANDOORI PANEER TIKKA or PIZZA WIZZA, all of them were really tasty. What's more, they are super light, this you won't feel bloated like you generally do with dough based ones. Also they are super affordable, ranging from 99 to around 180, thus offering a really good value for money.  Now a bit about this particular outlet, situated in a commercial mall, it's ground floor location gives it more visibility. They have modelled it as a typical fast-food chain ambiance, with lots of artwork and Graffiti based on pizza adorning the walls. The seating is simple, yet sturdy wooden tables and chairs, and though not huge, there's ample space for a decent crowd to fit in here. The staff is decent and the service quick.  I hope this brand gets big and opens up in Mumbai too. Can't wait to savour some cheesy and hopefully meaty toppings on light and flaky puff!  Happy Burping!!!
