food is actually good but staff needs to improvise the service...they sometimes get in between the seats to serve others...misses the order items..doesnt even apologize for wasting food while serving..

This was my second visit with my family and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, they did not honor the Zomato table booking and offer. The staff instead criticized Zomato, saying payments are received after 15 days and that the 15% discount applies only to à la carte, which was never mentioned while reserving the table. This felt misleading and unprofessional. A stick was found inside the naan (picture attached). This is a serious hygiene and food safety concern and completely unacceptable. During a weekday dinner, the menu was reduced, with South Indian and BBQ items not available, which defeats the purpose of an unlimited buffet. Service was pathetic. Even with very few customers, the staff refused to serve fresh naan, claiming it was self-service, while naan was not prepared or available at the buffet. Asking customers to wait indefinitely reflects poor planning and attitude. Although a few dishes were decent, I am giving zero marks for hygiene, service, and staff behavior. The infrastructure is there, but the hospitality and customer handling are extremely poor. Not recommending this non-chain restaurant. Hope the owners take this feedback seriously and improve.

Very poor quality food was served. A stick was found inside the naan, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene and safety concerns.
