The spread is limited when it comes to the main course there was no gravy of chicken served , they simply had dried chicken in the starter and the Fish. The chicken was too dry as if heated number of times . Fish was the only item that seemed to be good. Even the pudina chutney or salads were fair. Veg noodles had the smell of eggs. I think overall it does not stand with other restaurants like Fortune, Hyatt , Radisson blue or even Four point sheraton. One must admit the hospitality of staff was excellent.

service was too slow... after 45 min I got my sandwich.. I order veg cheese grill sandwich and got a sandwich with Mayo, no cheese and hardly any veggies

Avoid Sangam Restaurant at Gift City at all costs! We celebrated our company anniversary there with family, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Reservation issues: Despite booking in advance, no arrangements were made for our large group. We opted for à la carte, but they seemed completely incapable of handling it. Service: We gathered at 8:30 PM, but some items didn't arrive until 10:30 PM. When we tried to get someone's attention, they ignored us. Some waiters avoided eye contact, and the floor manager as well. It seemed like all their attention was focused on the buffet dinner guests from the hotel rooms. Meanwhile, our à la carte orders were neglected. Food: Some dishes were average, but the Mahi Fish Tikka was decent. Overall experience: Ruined. After multiple reminders, the floor manager offered a discount and waived off unserved food. Too little, too late. Don't expect good service or timely food delivery here. Our celebration was spoiled, and some guests left with half-filled stomachs. *Update:* If you're planning to visit, be prepared for poor service and long wait times. Maybe stick to the buffet if you want a smoother experience.

Don't let the smile at the door fool you. The guy who greeted us, Shubham, was great. He should probably find a new job, because he's the only one there who knows what he's doing. Here's the play-by-play: 9:00 PM: We order a pizza. Simple. 9:20 PM: We start to wonder. 9:30 PM: We ask about our pizza. The staff looks at us as if we've asked for the nuclear launch codes. We get a vague, useless answer the pizza was burnt we are preparing a new one 9:40 PM: They served some starters out of buffet (which were stale) out of little apology 10:00 PM: An hour has passed. No pizza. No real apology. No explanation. Staff ignoring. Just a black hole of service where our order used to be. We walked out simple. I'm not writing this for a free meal or a fake apology. I'm writing this so you know exactly what you're walking into: a place that's mastered the art of the welcome but has absolutely no idea how to run a restaurant.

Bill payment shown in application is miss leading against actual payment at hotel. In my case dinner for 2 person it was you will have 750 and but at hotel it has come 4457, against that i have paid of Rs. 3605, this is equal to my monthly grocery. this totally miss leading. this has hit my monthly budget badly. please make necessary changes on the display of price, so can actual price can show.

probably the worst place to eat. People wear nightsuits and come for dinner. No staff etiquette, completely a miss, nobody to simply even greet you. What's worse? after giving our car to a valet, we were handed the keys to go and collect the car ourselves. What a crap place
