The food was amazing ... Lived it.... U must go once over here... Although the rates are bit high but it would be an amazing nit for Dosa.. u would bet my review worked

Best part about this outlet is that it is on the highway. So if you are passing from Ahmedabad towards Rajkot or towards baroda or surat, you can take hault and enjoy the taste of south. The image which Sankalp has created through its taste is maintained here. The staff is very good. The ambience is something you would have rarely witnessed in other outlets. It is new and refreshing. Only thing when two or three dishes arrive together, you will find space on the table for that. Otherwise it is 5 on 5.

Kebab Shots: Taste-3/5 Onion uttapam & Rava onion plain: Taste-4.5/5 Portion size- 3/5 Bisibella bath: Taste-3/5 Paneer bhurji: Taste:4.5/5 Portion size:3/5 Naan was disappointing, slightly undercooked and overpriced according to portion size . Kesary: Taste-5/5 All in all, kesary was the star dish. It was delicious and melts the second you put it in your mouth. Overall review: South Indian dishes are spot on with good combination of chutneys and sambhar.

Nice and friendly place but a bit small, service was prompt and the person taking the order also suggested what to order from menu. Dosas and medu vada we ordered were same as it is in other Sankalp outlets, waiters filled the sambhar as soon as it got empty which was nice. In the end we ordered sizzling brownies and they were cherry on top and delicious.

A new outlet of sankalp.. Food : good taste as it's sankalp. But they weren't able to fulfill special requirements i.e. to make medium soft dosa. 3/5. Ambience: new and good Ambience. Chairs are bit conjusted.3.5/5. Service: good and quick, but can improve still.3/5. Price: little over rated as it's sankalp. 3/5.

we have tried , •Indian bhaji dosa (4.5/5) •3 barrel dosa ( combination of paper,pudina and maysour dosa) quite good it was. •paneer dosa (3/5) • semolina dosa ( 4/5) Δmust try is indian bhaji dosa.

Not good for dining...original sankalp taste missing... Giving 1 star because their is no option for zero..not recommended. I really don't understand why their is different tastes in different sankalp outlets... Ie: sg highway and cg road outlet are having such a good quality of taste and experience but in different area they failed in customer service
