Dosa was good, Idli wasn't up to the mark and in fact felt stale as they came out with my order within 2 minutes, technically not possible to prepare idli fresh in just that much time.

⭐ Unpleasant experience – Serious concern about food quality We visited Sankalp Restaurant, CG Road, Ahmedabad, for dinner with multiple family members. Unfortunately, several members of our family developed symptoms of food poisoning after the meal. This has been a very distressing experience, especially as multiple people who dined together have been affected. This raises serious concerns about the food quality and hygiene standards maintained at the restaurant currently. Dining out with family should be a pleasant experience, not one that leaves several people unwell. We are sharing this review to make other customers aware of our experience and to urge the restaurant management to take this matter seriously, investigate the possible cause, and ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained. Based on our recent experience, we would advise other customers to exercise caution until these concerns are addressed.
