Still improvement required. I think the Cook has to have food or taste Food in Dakshayan ,Shela , trust me I am not biased but they are really good and the price is half of what the Signature charges

We chose Sankalp to celebrate my father’s birthday because we trusted the brand and booked a table in advance without any hesitation. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be a huge disappointment. Despite having an online reservation, we still had to wait for around 15–20 minutes to get our table. Before reaching the restaurant, we also tried calling multiple times, but almost none of our calls were answered. The service was extremely poor. We had to repeatedly ask for water refills, chutney, and sambar, and no one came to our table to check if we needed anything. We even requested an empty glass two to three times, but it was never brought to us. It felt like the staff was completely inattentive. The seating arrangement was also disappointing. Although there were four of us, we were accommodated at a table meant for two people, leaving very little space for the food. It became uncomfortable once all the dishes arrived. Coming to the food, the taste was nowhere close to what we expected from Sankalp. Their much-hyped Matka Dosa tasted more like a roti-sabzi wrapped as a dosa rather than anything unique. Almost every dosa tasted the same, with an excessive amount of masala and oil. There was no distinct flavour, and nothing felt fresh or balanced. Overall, the food was far below expectations. What was meant to be a special birthday celebration ended up being a very disappointing experience. We expected much better food, service, and hospitality from a well-known restaurant like Sankalp. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

I had reserved a table for 8 people well in advance, but upon arrival, the restaurant only accommodated us at a table meant for 6. This was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable for our group, especially since the booking clearly mentioned 8 guests. The purpose of making a reservation is to ensure proper seating arrangements, and it was disappointing that the restaurant did not honor the booking details. While the staff tried to help, the overall experience was affected by the lack of adequate seating. I hope the restaurant improves its reservation management to avoid similar issues for future customers.

Table Tissues had small flies on each rack. Toilet tap has cockroaches. We had ordered Set Soda, Quantity was tooo small for one plate serving. Valet Parking people should be restricted chewing tobbaco on duty. Was spitting while talking.
