Sankalp Restaurant is one of the few restaurants in Ahmedabad which serve authentic south Indian food. This restaurant is located just on the first floor at the Subhash circle. They have a good menu with large variety of dosas, idlis, vada, uttapam and other south Indian delicacies. Prices here are on a bit higher side but it is value for money. I specially like their sambar and the five types of chutneys. Staff is also friendly and ambience is good.

Please open an outlet in Chandkheda/Sabarmati area, as when we order from subhash bridge branch it takes forever to deliver the order and till then the dosa becomes soggy and cold.

I am fond of South Indian food & Sankalpa is first in the list. Best thing about south Indian food is their Sambhar & It has special touch of their recipe. They end your dine with south Indian style paan which is amazing. Hardly 2-3 restaurants serve south Indian in this area & Sankalp is doing their job well.

The restaurant is good, however before ordering anything other than Dosaa, idlis, ask for the portion size, especially if you are ordering Malabar parota with kurma. They just serve one parota & a small bowl of Kurma.

sambhar is like flavoured hot water and chutneys were not fresh. Dosa good but again one of them (with bhaji stuffing) was not fresh.

Pathetic service on this cg road branch. No wonder why they are usually empty on weekends too. Misunderstood the order. Bring the wrong order and still the mannager wasn't accepting the mistake and being rude. Even every order took 20 mintues. Though the quality of food was good... But if you can't get it on time and mannager throw tentrums. It's not worty...
