We went today at Sebastian, they have online food ordering system, which is pathetic to chose food which has no option to chose jain food. Then Went over the drinks station and asked them how to order jain food as it was not mentioned in system. They told go to your table, scan barcode and order, waiter will come over your table finding you and confirm the food at that time tell him you want Jain food. Nothing such happened, they brought food directly to our table, no waiter/staff came even though we were calling them to just come over our table but poor services, pathetic food and ambience was ok.

pathetic service the moment you place the order they will ask you to pay if you tell them you want to order more they said no for the order you placed please pay right now. for 2nd time they did not accepted the zomato pay despite of restaurant being vacant once the order is delivered within 15 mins they would ask to vacant the table

average quality food. low on service staff. not accepting zomato or swiggy payment even if it's listed on the platform. area is low on light and full of mosquitoes at night.
