A very unassuming place, smells like Heritage Restaurant. The waiter said , humbly standing since 1962. The taste is right on spot. People who come here are regular it seems. they are coming with family and ordering Muskabun coffee. Perfect for a peaceful South Indian breakfast! A hidden gem I will say. There is a special comfort here, cannot explain. one more thing. Very conveniently placed on your way to /from Airport, beside Riverfront road. Ample space for Parking.

Awesome food... people thinks its age old restaurant but come on guys we go to restaurant to have some good food and these amazing guys here will tickle your taste buds... i wish i can give this place 7 stars... Keep rocking..!!

Great place to have authentic South Indian food. The Dosas. Idlis . Vadais server are amazing. The sambhar is awesome. As soon as one enters the restaurant, the smell reminds you of South India. A great restaurant.

One of the very old restaurant opp. Kama hot that serves authentic south Indian food. The ambience gives the legendary vibes so does their style of serving. We visited this place in the morning at around 8.30 and tried their idli, vada, masala dosa and rava onion masala dosa. Loved everything; idli was very danedar and fluffy, vada was crisp outside soft inside, the dosas were perfectly crisped as per our request. But their amazing alu pyaj masal and the sambhar blew our ming. One of the best sambhar we have had in Ahmedabad. Have heard alot about their iddiappam but they start serving it after 10 am so definitely going to this place for iddiaplam and south Indian thali.

You can rely on a restro where you find people from the place where the cuisine belongs. I found so many South indian families when we visited this place. Certainly a good place with food at very good prices. MUST HAVE: Idiyappam Idli, Vada and Masala Idli were good as well. Masala Idli was differently prepared from regular style, which had little gravy feel to it with chunks of capsicum and onions. They lack bit of consistency though otherwise this place has potential of perfect 5/5 as they serve some great food at great price. Surely will visit them again to try more from menu. I am a regular patron. Recently some rowdy looking person asked my my key and parked my scooter across the road, while there was already another scooter parked. Im an old man abd had a hard time getting my vehicle. Lame excuse of municipal objection. Owner manager said nothing.
